In case any of the above article is difficult to read. Here is a transcription:

People who want to become winners need look no further than Helene Hadsell–the woman who wins every contest prize she desires!

The lucky lady writes in her book Contesting: The Name It & Claim It Game, that her good fortune is based on positive thinking.

“If you know what you want, you can have it,” Hadsell declares. “Stay determinedly positive. And you can con yourself into anything, by repeating it over and over again, until you incorporate it into your thinking. That’s ‘wishcraft.'”

The married mother of three discovered the incredible power of mind control not by winning a sweepstakes but in the aftermath of a head-on collision that threw her face into the dashboard. Her face was crushed and she began drowning in her own blood.

“I immediately demanded the bleeding to stop, and you know what, it did!” Hadsell recalls. “when one processes a powerful imagination along with fear, it overrides any physiological response.”

“Projecting energy toward any goal, with steady determination, will eventually be fruitful. This applies to any situation.”

Hadsell says there are also several mundane but important steps that must be taken to assure a win. Always follow the contest rules to the letter, and increase your chances of victory by substituting 3″ x 5″ pieces of paper for official entry blanks and box top forms.

Space your entries from the beginning date of the contest to the end.

Share the cost of stationery supplies by buying in bulk with another enthusiast. Also reuse envelopes you receive and check with local print shops for deals on overstock items.

Don’t waste money on colorful envelopes. Sweepstakes and contest drawings are typically performed by a blindfolded company executive who won’t see your entry until after he pulls it. You can also up your chances of winning by entering local contests and sweepstakes.

A good rule of thumb for postage is to not spend more for stamps than the value of the last prize.

Most of all, maintaining a positive attitude is the key to lifelong success.

“If you want to be lucky, and not been in the past, change your thinking and luck will follow,” Hadsell says.

DID YOU KNOW? Helene Hadsell’s amazing skills were frequently sited by Dr. Norman Vincent Peal as an example of positive thinking.
