Self “I” Wareness Workshop

Helene Hadsell lectured and taught about the power of our thoughts, subconscious, and beliefs for decades.

I discovered four workbooks in the remains of her business files. I originally intended to recreate them as books and make them available to everyone.

However, it turns out Helene didn’t write the workbooks. She compiled them. I cannot reprint the workbooks without permission from every source; most are not cited. An impossible task.

Instead, I am making a video series. One video for each class. So grab a notebook or journal and practice the exercises on the screen from the comfort of your own home, office, etc., as you explore your own Self “I” Wareness.
